Braydon (Alluring Indulgence #6)(67)

“Come for me, Braydon,” she whispered, her breath fanning against his lips. “I can’t wait. It’s too much.”

God, he was grateful that she was right there with him. So when she slowed her movements, Braydon gripped her waist, holding her still while he flexed his hips, driving up into her until she was moaning his name. Jessie never closed her eyes, never looked away from him. And that was what had him clinging to the precipice by his fingernails. The connection that he felt to this woman. It wasn’t just their bodies that had joined together. It was something much, much deeper.

“Jess,” he growled. “Oh, damn. Baby. I can’t wait. Come for me, Jess. Please come for me.”

Jessie’s body tightened, her inner muscles clamped down on his cock, and Braydon tried to count backward from one hundred, tried to hold off just a moment longer while she rode out her orgasm, but he couldn’t. He slammed up into her once, then again and again before he was groaning as his own orgasm overtook him, splintering his mind at the same time it shattered his body.

AN HOUR LATER, Braydon was lying in Jessie’s bed, staring up at the ceiling. After he had disposed of the condom and cleaned up, he had returned to the bed with a warm washcloth to find Jessie dozing. As gently as he could, he had cleaned her too and then tossed the washcloth into the bathroom.

Once he was in bed again, he pulled Jessie close until she nestled up against his side. Now, she was sleeping deeply, draped across him, and Braydon was convinced he had died and gone to heaven.

Since the day he met Jessie, Braydon had thought about what it would be like to make love to her. Just the two of them alone. But what had transpired between them tonight was more than he had expected. That had been a down-and-dirty, take-the-edge-off joining. And yet it was the best sex Braydon had ever had in his life.

Never having known what it was like to be with a woman alone, Braydon hadn’t quite expected that.

Most people didn’t understand why he and Brendon had always shared their women. Why they engaged only in threesomes.

Sometimes Braydon didn’t understand it himself.

Since it was all he had ever known, he had never questioned it. As he had found out through the years, women didn’t seem to mind. Maybe it was some misguided fascination because they were twins; he didn’t know. But they had never lacked for women who wanted to experience the two of them at the same time.

Braydon wouldn’t lie and say he didn’t enjoy it. He did. Immensely. Even when it had been Jessie. Especially when it had been Jessie. At first. And maybe that’s when things had gotten off track. Jessie wasn’t the normal, run-of-the-mill woman who had been interested in conquering twins and emerging the next day to tell the tale. That had actually happened more times than Braydon could count.

So, yes, they had found their niche and exploited the hell out of it. As long as the woman was willing, Braydon and Brendon hadn’t been all that particular. They’d always been safe and never made promises they couldn’t keep. Rumors ran rampant through their small town, some started by the two of them, a lot of them started by the women they had been with.

Jessie was the opposite of those women. From the beginning, Braydon had known she wasn’t the kiss-and-tell type. They had enjoyed themselves, but as though it was understood, none of them had talked about the need to be discreet. In fact, Brendon had pretty much taken to Jessie, and that was how Braydon had become the third wheel. Another first for Braydon and Brendon. Usually, there wasn’t a third, because it was only one night.

With Jessie, one night turned into one week. One week turned into one month and so on and so forth until Braydon knew he was in love with her. Rather than share that news with Brendon or Jessie, Braydon had begun to worry. Only his confusion managed to flip their enjoyable encounters upside down until the three of them didn’t even know what was happening between them anymore.

Jessie stirred and Braydon ran his fingers down her back, hoping to soothe her.

“You’re still here,” she mumbled.

She sounded surprised by the notion that he was still there, which only made him curious as to why. It wasn’t like he’d ever left her before.

“I’m still here.” He didn’t intend on going anywhere, either. At least not unless she demanded that he go.

“How are you feeling?” she asked, lifting her head. Their eyes met in the darkened room.

“Fine. Why?”

Jessie chuckled and the sound made his body harden almost immediately.

When her fingers slid down his chest, over his stomach, then between his legs, Braydon knew he was done for.

Her mouth soon followed as she trailed kisses along his skin. By the time she reached his cock, he was standing at full attention.
