Braydon (Alluring Indulgence #6)(98)

They fell into a soothing rhythm, one that kept her hovering on the verge of orgasm for far longer than she thought possible. It wasn’t until she felt the heat of Braydon’s body as he came over her, his chest to her back, his arms beside hers, that she knew he was getting close.

“I’m gonna fuck you hard, Jess.”

“Yes, please,” she pleaded again.

“Arch your back,” he instructed.

It took her a moment to realize what he wanted, but then she arched—or rather, bowed—her back, thrusting her ass up against him, forcing him even deeper than before. He growled against her ear. And when he pressed his lips to her neck, he began slamming into her, harder and harder, faster. Until she was out of breath, her body suspended on the edge of a release so powerful, she wasn’t sure she’d be able to survive. She couldn’t hold back, but she wasn’t ready to let go, either. She never wanted him to stop.

She was cocooned beneath him, sheltered by his warm body, embraced by his strong arms. For the first time in her life, she felt as though she actually belonged to someone. This wasn’t temporary, it wasn’t fleeting. This was what real love felt like, and it had nothing to do with the amazing feel of him as he repeatedly drove into her.

“Jess,” he breathed against her ear. “Come for me, baby. I can’t . . .”

“Harder,” she encouraged, and Braydon delivered. He pounded into her, his hips thrusting relentlessly, his cock driving deeper and deeper until her skin began to tingle from the maelstrom of sensation that was building inside of her.

“Yes,” she cried. “Oh, yes. Make me come, Braydon. Oh . . .”

Braydon’s mouth came down on her shoulder, his teeth nipping, a sharp sting igniting in her flesh, and that’s what did it. That possessive, almost animalistic gesture sent her soaring, her orgasm ripping through her, tearing her mind to shreds until nothing mattered but Braydon.

“Oh, God, Jess,” he whispered close by. “Fuck yes, come for me, baby.” An unintelligible litany of words spewed from him as he slammed into her again and again. When he locked his teeth onto her skin again, he growled and Jessie did what she thought impossible. She came even harder, her body clutching at him, pulling him deeper.

“Fuck yes!” Braydon exclaimed.

And if her second orgasm hadn’t surprised her, the darkness that overcame her certainly did.

THE GOOD NEWS was that the sun wasn’t up when Jessie finally came to. Braydon was lying beside her, resting on his side, his head propped up on his hand as he smiled down at her. She truly could get used to waking up to him every morning. Or after every mind-blowing orgasm; either way worked for her.

“Hi,” she said, smiling up at him.

“Hi, sleepyhead.”

“How long was I asleep?” she asked, unable to see the clock, which was on the nightstand behind him.

“Oh, you know, three hours.”

Jessie laughed disbelievingly. “You’re kidding, right?”

“Nope.”

“And you just watched me sleep?”

“Noooo,” he said, nodding his head yes.

Jessie rolled against him, wrapping her arms around his big body and cuddling her head against his chest. He placed his hand on the back of her head and threaded his fingers through her hair, sending chills down her spine.

He smelled good.

“I’m sorry I passed out on you like that,” she mumbled.

“That good, huh?”

Jessie turned her head, trying to see his face. “Better than good,” she assured him.

“I know the feeling,” he said absently, looking away from her.

Rather than ply him with questions, the ones that would show just how desperate and needy she was, Jessie closed her eyes and held on to him. For now, this was all she needed.

She wasn’t sure how long that would last, but for now . . .

BRAYDON WOULDN’T HAVE ever thought it possible, but a woman passing out after sex did wonders for his ego. And just like he’d told her, after he’d jumped in the shower and then cleaned Jessie with a warm washcloth and his head stopped swirling from the wonder of what it felt like to come inside of her without a condom, he had just lain beside her and watched her sleep.

The entire time, he had wondered whether they were going too fast. In his opinion, no, they weren’t. Hell, if he had his say in the matter, they’d be moving in together because he didn’t want to spend another night without Jessie by his side. But that would certainly have her freaking out and probably running out the door. Of her own house.

So, he had settled for watching her and imagining what it would be like to go to sleep with her in his arms every night and wake up beside her every morning.
