“There’s something missing from this contract, and I’m not interested in signing it until it gets corrected.” Luke put his pen down on the table and leaned back in his chair, his stern expression filling in the blanks for them.

Sierra nodded, appearing concerned as she moved closer to him to glance down at the papers spread out on the table in front of him.

“I can have the lawyer address it,” she said without even knowing what he was referring to.

Luke gripped her hips and pulled her down onto his lap suddenly, and her startled squeal made him laugh. He managed a serious expression once again as he watched her face.

“We’ve made the decision that all children within this relationship would bear both of our last names,” Luke began, feeling both Sierra’s and Cole’s gazes focused intently on him. “That doesn’t solve the issue of Sierra’s last name though.”

Sierra glanced up at him at the same time Cole lowered himself into the chair across the table. They both seemed incredibly interested in where this was going.

“I want Sierra to share the same last name as the children. I want her to take our last names,” he explained to them both before turning to address Sierra directly, cupping her face gently. “Baby, I want you to have my last name.”

When her chin started to tremble and the sudden sheen of moisture filled her eyes, he pulled her flush against his body, wrapping his arms completely around her. “Is that too much to ask?”

“No,” she sobbed against his chest. “It’s more than I could ever ask for.”

Luke swallowed the lump of emotion that had become a fairly frequent visitor in recent weeks. He wanted more than anything for Sierra to have their last names. This seemed like the only option as far as he was concerned.

A few seconds later, Sierra pulled away, wiping her eyes with the heels of her hands and then smiling back at him, a question already formed in her mind if her gently raised eyebrows were anything to go by.

“Now I have a question,” Sierra stated.

Luke cocked an eyebrow, letting her know he was already expecting it. He loved that this woman was an open book. Although, he had to give her credit because she’d absolutely shocked both him and Cole at the club with her impromptu relationship ceremony.

“The two of you are wearing my rings, and I’m wearing yours. Will you be exchanging rings to signify your relationship?”

Luke stared at Sierra for a moment. Blazing blue eyes boring into his. He hadn’t expected to have this conversation today, although it was one he’d given a significant amount of thought to.

Cole cleared his throat absently, but Luke didn’t glance over at him.

“No,” he replied to Sierra and out of the corner of his eye, he noticed the way Cole leaned back in his chair, apparently waiting for him to continue.

“No?” Sierra asked in all seriousness.

“We already have rings,” he explained.

“So if not rings, how do you propose you do that?”

“How else?” he asked, seeing if she was going to guess.

“I have no clue, Luke,” Sierra laughed, smacking him on the chest. “That’s why I’m asking you.”

“I was thinking more along the lines of tattoos.”

Sierra glanced back at Cole as though waiting for him to approve, but Luke saw the smirk on his face. It was true, Cole’s entire body was a blank canvas, but Luke was more than ready to get him inked. The thought of seeing him with a mark that reflected their love for one another while he was buried to the hilt inside of his powerful body had Luke’s cock reacting eagerly.

“Do you have a design in mind?” Sierra asked.

Luke grinned at her and then over at Cole. “I do.”

“When?” Cole asked.

“As soon as you’re ready,” Luke growled as the image continued to form in his mind. He wasn’t interested in wasting any more time.

“Wait, before you run off and do that, I want to see what you’re talking about,” Sierra exclaimed, standing. She reacted as though Luke was going to drag Cole out of the house at any minute, which, honestly, didn’t sound like a bad idea.

Luke stood, realizing that the evidence of his arousal was now front and center. Pretending that he wasn’t aching to take this conversation in an entirely different direction, Luke headed toward his office while the two of them followed close behind.

Picking up the image he printed a couple of days ago when the idea began to fester in his brain, Luke turned to face them. Holding it out in front of him, Sierra easily swiped it out of his hands, a huge grin on her face.

“So where do you plan to get it?”
